4. Payment Methods We currently offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders will only be processed after confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days after order confirmation
  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances
  • GentlemansGear.pk is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • GentlemansGear.pk reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or incomplete customer information
  • Customers must confirm their order when contacted — unconfirmed orders may be cancelled
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

7. Return & Replacement Policy

  • We do not offer cash or payment refunds under any circumstances
  • Replacements are only available if the item is received faulty or damaged
  • Proof of defect (unboxing video) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims made after 48 hours or without proper evidence will not be accepted
  • Used, worn, or mishandled products are not eligible for replacement

8. Warranty Policy

  • No warranty is provided on any product
  • Battery, strap, glass, and internal components are not covered under any warranty

9. Customer Responsibility

  • Any damage caused by misuse, water exposure, impact, or negligence is the customer's responsibility
  • GentlemansGear.pk will not be liable for incorrect orders placed by the customer

10. Limitation of Liability GentlemansGear.pk shall not be held responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Courier delays or third-party service issues
  • Loss or damage caused by misuse of the product

  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except where required for order fulfillment or by law

12. Governing Law
