At GentlemansGear.pk, every purchase is final and fulfilled with full transparency — so you always know exactly where you stand.

No Cash Refunds

  • We do not offer cash or payment refunds under any circumstances
  • All sales are considered final once the order has been placed and dispatched

Replacement Over Refund

  • We offer free replacements for items delivered with a manufacturing defect
  • Proof of defect (video) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Approved replacements will be dispatched and the faulty item collected at the time of delivery

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched
  • Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or reversed

Return Conditions

  • We do not accept returns on used, worn, or post-delivery damaged items
  • The product must be in its original, unaltered condition to qualify for a replacement
