At GentlemansGear.pk, every purchase is final and fulfilled with full transparency — so you always know exactly where you stand.
No Cash Refunds
- We do not offer cash or payment refunds under any circumstances
- All sales are considered final once the order has been placed and dispatched
Replacement Over Refund
- We offer free replacements for items delivered with a manufacturing defect
- Proof of defect (video) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Approved replacements will be dispatched and the faulty item collected at the time of delivery
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched
- Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or reversed
Return Conditions
- We do not accept returns on used, worn, or post-delivery damaged items
- The product must be in its original, unaltered condition to qualify for a replacement
